Pantone Queen

If you follow me on Instagram, know me, or work with me and see me squirrelling away Pantone samples, or patting the Pantone book, you'll know I love Pantone colour charts.

Which is why I was so full of glee when I discovered a couple of months ago that Pantone had created this limited-edition numbered colour guide to celebrate some of the Queen's most splendid colour choices and to mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

One could say the Queen is absolutely dedicated to her pastels. And I love her for it!

You can read more here over at The Inspiration Room.

More Coloured Jeans?

For the last few months I have devoted myself to coloured and print jeans. I am hooked. Like an unhealthy obsession. I am feverish for denim in all its guises.

Which is why it's incredibly good news that Jeanswest are introducing Colourful Curves as of mid-July for a sweet $69.99. Hello coloured jeans, hello!

What makes them even sweeter? They're engineered to fit girls with small waists while hugging the curves of your hips and thighs in all the right spots to create the perfect fit.

Popping Colour

I'm back into embracing colour and having fun with it. I've packed away my Winter woolies and barely have any black in my wardrobe for Summer. And I like it! This Kate Spade clip is so fun and colourific.

There's something about a riot of colour that can instantly lift your mood.

What are you enjoying wearing lately? Colour? Or mono? Just when I thought my wardrobe was done and dusted - I can't go past the new Gorman collection - aye aye aye, I love that pumped up colour!

Pink. It Does Not Stink.

Despite what you might think, pink does not stink.

Sure Tiny takes it to the extreme and layers pink with pink with pink. And accessorises with more pink. Tiny and Barbara Cartland? They could be tight.

Tiny loves her pink plate (with that too-sweet apple that she so rudely rejected tonight). She loves Shirley Hughes' 'Dogger', and that's my Swatch. It makes dull days bearable.

I like pink. Yes. Yes I do.
